Our mission is to provide a stimulating atmosphere where each child thrives socially, emotionally, and intellectually. We believe in laying a solid foundation that prepares them for Kindergarten and beyond. Ensuring they have the confidence and skills to succeed in their educational journey.

  • Meet Meredith, she graduated from BYU in 2009 with high honors in Elementary Education. She then pursued a master's degree in Education with an emphasis in K-12 mathematics. Her 12 years of teaching experience includes 1st grade, 5th grade, 9th grade math, and 6 years of preschool. Meredith is passionate about using an academic curriculum with enough room for play, music, movement, and social growth. A mom of 4 kids and the director of the Elevate Musical Theater program, Meredith thrives on engaging children in uplifting, educational experiences to find joy in the world around them.

  • Meet Adana, she is driven by her genuine love for children, evident in her daily dedication. With a background in Early Childhood Development from both high school and college, she brings a wealth of knowledge to our team. Over the last three years, she has served as a vital front receptionist at two dance studios, channeling her passion for connecting with children, listening to their stories, and creating a positive influence. In February 2023, Adana attended Studio Owner University in Florida, opening doors to valuable resources, knowledge, and coaching tailored for effective studio management in a dance studio environment. When she's off duty, you can find her enjoying time with her husband, three children, and their playful Doodles (Golden & Aussie).

  • Meet Lucy, she is thrilled to join the Elevate preschool team! Her two loves in life are dance and working with children—the Elevate preschool brings those loves together and is a dream come true. Lucy grew up dancing at Elevate and enjoys sharing her love of dancing with her students at Elevate starting as young as 3 years old. Lucy’s experience with preschool-aged children is vast for her 23 years. While a student at Lehi High School, she earned a Career and Technical Education pathway in the area of early childhood education by working in the preschool throughout her high school experience. After graduation, Lucy worked as a nanny in Bear Lake with two young children in her care. Upon her return from Bear Lake, she worked as a para-educator at both Lindon and Rocky Mountain elementary schools in lower-grade classrooms. She is currently in the process of obtaining her Child Development Associate credential through the state of Utah. Lucy recently married her sweetheart Rayce Shepard, and they live in Lehi.

  • Meet Julie, she began dancing at the age of four and soon knew that Ballet was her love. She trained in the Royal Academy of Dance and Cecchetti syllabuses at the Colorado School of Ballet and Vaganova trained at the Academy of the Colorado Ballet. She graduated from Brigham Young University in 2004 with a B.A. in Dance with Ballet Emphasis where she performed and toured with the Ballet Showcase Company. While attending BYU, Julie received dance and academic scholarships and enjoyed student teaching opportunities.

    She has danced professionally and has taught at various studios in Utah County, as well as American Leadership Academy, where she directed their Dance Company. She has been a dance double in a film, she was a featured dancer in the 2002 Salt Lake City Olympic Opening Ceremonies. Julie has 4 children. She loves the ability dance has to inspire and build confidence. Teaching Ballet is her passion!
